But your body performs only as good as the fuel that you put into it.  Even the most elite athletes have the potential to perform even better by fueling their bodies with nutrient dense, whole foods.  Regardless of your fitness level, your body will benefit from an individualized nutritional plan that meets your specific needs.  There is no such thing as "one plan fits all." There is a "one plan fits you." Competition Prep

Look your best for your next competition.  Whether you compete in fitness, figure, bodybuildingor bikini, this program is for you! 

 

In this package, you will receive a customized fitness program, including an individualized weight lifting, cardiovascular training, nutrition, and supplementation program, geared towards getting you up on stage looking your best. 

 

You will also receive a pre-competition plan which outlines any changes you need to make to your program the two weeks prior to stepping on stage.  Daily email contact helps you stay accountable to your program and to your goals, as well as gives you the opportunity to get your questions answered quickly so that you can make daily adjustments to your program as needed.

The Competitive Athlete

Get a competitive edge with this program which is geared towards improving performance in your sport.  Chrissy’s experience and education as a Performance Enhancement Specialist will help you develop the speed, power, endurance, coordination, or skill that you require to take your sport performance to the next level.

Individual One-on-One Coaching

Transform yourself by working one-on-one with Chrissy.  This program is available for those who live in the Sacramento area or would like to travel to Sacramento, California to train with Chrissy.  As she specializes in manipulating traditional strength training exercises so that your body gets the most benefit from each exercise, she will adjust your workouts and alignments in each exercise so that your workout program is most effective for your body.

Customized Workout Plan

If you want a change in your workout routine, this program is for you.  You will receive a customized workout plan (including weight training and cardio) to fit your goals, body, interests, and lifestyle.  This program lasts six weeks but does not include any coaching from Chrissy. 

 

Choose the plan that works the best for you:

-Beginner Program-

This is a generalized plan based on your specific goal, whether that is to get bigger, get leaner, or get stronger.  This plan will give you the basic guidelines to meet your goals.

-Intermediate Level Program

This program is designed for those individuals who are getting back into an exercise routine and want to improve their fitness level or decrease body fat.

-Advanced Level Program

This program is designed for those individuals who already have a regular exercise routine but have reached a plateau or those who have specific results that they want to achieve with their workouts.  This program provides weekly progressions to help you reach your goals more quickly.

-Elite/Athlete Program

This program is designed for athletes who want to excel in their sport and get the competitive edge.  Whether is is for bodybuilding, track, swimming or any other sport, this program will have very specific progressions to get you to your desired goal.

Coaching for Posing and Routines

There is much more to competing than just working out and then cutting down.

 

Attitude, confidence, and personality all count when you are on stage.  Just like your weight lifting routine, this has to be practiced and refined.  I work with fitness, figure and bodybuilding competitors to fine tune posing, routines, and stage presentation so that you show off your BEST BODY!

 

Using both photographs and videos, we will adjust your walk and poses so that the judges only see your strengths.
