Chrissy has worked with amateur, national level, and professional competitors to get their physiques stage ready.  Whether you are just starting out or have years of experience, this program will help you get results faster, without the drastic and sometimes dangerous measures that competitors often take to get a competitive edge.  Chrissy will teach you how to work with your body to get that edge naturally, so you do not have to sacrifice your health in your goal of winning on stage.

Shawn's Story

 

 

As an avid gym-goer I made the decision years ago that I wanted to pursue Figure Competition.  Much like most goals, I had no clue how to get there.  I would start trying to teach myself but would be bombarded by so much information that contradicted itself that I'd get frustrated and drop it altogether.  Finally I decided enough was enough and I was going to just suck it up and find someone who could guide me where I wanted to go.  Then came the task of sifting through hundreds of potential coaches, and again I was overwhelmed. 


Then one day I stumbled across Chrissy.  As I browsed her website I thought, "This woman IS what I want to be!"  To become the best, you must learn from the best... and so I became Chrissy's newest client.


I signed on with her and shut my eyes and ears to all the other body building propaganda.  I followed her completely as she re-organized my entire eating and work out habits.  I felt better, I looked better, and I was on my way to the goal of my first competition.  My first contest came and I walked away with a 2nd place trophy and qualified to compete nationally!  I could not believe the transformation that Chrissy helped me achieve in only 4 short months.

Before I started training with Chrissy I was, what I like to call, blissfully ignorant. It wasn’t until I looked at my before picture that I really realized how out of shape I had gotten.  I hadn’t weighed myself in a very long time. On June 29th 2009, I was 138 pounds, when just a few years earlier I was always around 125. I had wanted to lose some weight, but I was having fun eating and drinking with friends and family and at the time I didn’t think I looked that bad.


I only had a little over four months before I was going to do my first figure competition and I honestly didn’t think I could be ready in that short of a time frame. Chrissy had complete confidence so I trusted her and with a good balance of exercise, diet, and rest I lost 20 pounds of fat in those four months!


I went through a huge change, not only physically but mentally as well. I have so much more confidence in myself and believe that I can do anything as long as I put in consistent effort and dedication into it. Chrissy taught me a lifestyle, not a diet.  There’s no secret to losing weight and staying in shape.  You must eat healthy foods, exercise, and get plenty of rest.
