Your body performs only as good as the fuel that you put into it.  Even the most elite athletes have the potential to perform even better by fueling their bodies with nutrient dense whole foods.  Regardless of your fitness level, your body will benefit from an individualized nutritional plan that meets your specific needs.  There is no such thing as "one plan fits all." There is a "one plan fits you." I will help you design the specific plan that addresses your nutrient and energetic requirements, focusing on fresh fruits, vegetables, and protein sources.
