Regardless of your fitness level, your body will benefit from an individualized nutritional plan that meets your specific needs. There is no such thing as "one plan fits all." There is a "one plan fits you." I will help you design the specific plan that addresses your nutrient and energetic requirements, focusing on fresh fruits, vegetables, and protein sources.
I currently have two ways in which I can help you use your nutrition plan to help you with your goals, whether that is to be healthier, lose weight, gain muscle, or prepare for a competition.

With my online nutrition coaching program, you will receive a nutrition plan based on your lifestyle, body, and goals. This plan not only includes macronutrient (carbohydrate, fat, protein) and calorie goals to follow, but also will discuss what supplements may benefit you, your water intake recommendations, sleep patterns, steps to improving your daily eating habits, and a few meal plans to give you an idea of how to meet your goals with healthy foods that you enjoy, as well as your favorite foods, should you want to keep them in your diet.
You will send me daily food logs, and weekly progress pictures and weights. We will communicate daily via email, so that you are held accountable to your daily, weekly and long term goals and can ask me for comments and feedback!
And because your cardio workouts can make or break your ability to reach your goals, I also include this in my online nutrition plans, as I want you to get the best results that you can!
