Why lift metal? Humans were designed, like all creatures, to be strong and healthy. I use working out to demonstrate that fact. As a child who was constantly sick, weak, and in the hospital, I want others to know that your past does NOT have to be your future. With a proper diet, training routine, AND the BELIEF that it is possible, you CAN be HEALTHY! You CAN be STRONG!
Moving is my MEDITATION. It is an opportunity to put my mind in each muscle and command it to perform a certain movement! Whether in the gym, on the track, in martial arts and yoga, or any other movement, it is the opportunity to unify my body, mind, and spirit and make the "impossible" POSSIBLE.
