As a Track and field athlete, I can teach you proper running mechanics and design a workout program to improve your speed and running efficiency. I not only use traditional running drills but also body coordination drills from martial arts that will improve your body’s ability to work as a whole so that you don’t waste energy in your movement and bring your times down quickly!

Whether you are experiencing low energy/fatigue, need to lower your cholesterol and blood pressure, or just feel like your life would be more complete with an exercise routine, I can help you ease into a program that will help increase your energy and make your body healthy and happy.

Bodybuilding & Muscle Hypertrophy


Wonder why you’ve been lifting for years without seeing the increase in muscle size that you desire? The body doesn’t want to use more energy and grow bigger unless it has to through the demands you place upon it. I use principles of bioenergetics and physics to change up your traditional lifting exercises and routine. The result? A shock to the muscles that forces them to adapt and GROW!

Weight Loss


"More muscle burns more fat faster." This is the mantra for my clients. In addition to building muscle, you will have a specific cardio program that helps you get to your goals more efficiently. Spending two hours in the gym on the treadmill is NOT the answer. I can teach you how to maximize your time in the gym to reach your goals quickly and healthfully!
