I have always been an athlete. I grew up competing in swimming, softball, volleyball, soccer, and track and field.  I played college volleyball and am now a track and field athlete and a Professional Figure and Bodybuilding competitor with the WNBF.  Not only do I have the mindset of an athlete, but I have also studied sport psychology and know the focus and determination that it takes to compete and succeed.


Additionally, I am an Exercise Science college instructor at Bryan College (teaching Personal Training Fundamentals, Sports Psychology, Nutrition, and Performance Enhancement), an AFAA certified group exercise instructor and Advanced Yoga Instructor through Forrest Yoga and the Yoga Alliance. I teach yoga, boot camp, body sculpting, step aerobics, and cycling.  Whether it’s training trainers or my clients, I love teaching others how to live a healthy lifestyle.
